Killing or being killed is a natural law in this world. There is no creature that escapes this rule, including the most glorious creation of God, namely humans.
The term humane is still a mystery to until now. The fact about the death of billions of living things as a result of humans concludes that this is far from a human definition. So, what is humane?
When creatures on this earth are busy looking for a bite of food, humans has ready to harvest their rices. When the birds singing to greet spring, humans are busy adding to their territory. When the Sumatran tiger got lost in a village, the smart man was already thinking about outer space. Humans are nothing more than greedy creatures that kill anything.

Maybe you ask, how can humans be called the number one killer in the world? Are we that cruel? May be.
Do you realize that humans from the stone age to the battery age, these creatures have been taught to kill from an early age. How many germs have you killed when washing your body from the time you were a child until now. Of course are countless, right?
Getting rid of germs may be considered normal because if we let them, the germs will kill us with the disease they carry. It is also part of the laws of nature, namely killing or be killed.

The phenomenon of killing or being killed also occurs in creatures that are slightly larger than germs. I don't know how many ants you killed like being trampled, sitting on, or maybe you deliberately played with their souls. How many also pests did you kill in the fields. And there are many more insects that might be killed without you knowing it.
It's not enough to get there, humans also kill a lot of living things when they cut down trees in the forest. Not only plants that die, but also other living things that fill that forest. They are homeless, losing their source of food, and waiting for the threat of natural disasters.
Not to mention the loss of human life by themselves, such as war, accident, crime, and so on.
Have you ever thought that animals only have an instinct to survive, after eating maybe they will sleep soundly. However, in contrast to humans who have much greater desires, they do not eat and sleep only, but also need comfort.

Baru sadar, kalau manusia itu pembunuh nomor satu. Sepakat 100% Mas. Belum lagi efek pembunuhan yang dia lakukan. Seperti banjir, dan sebagainya.

DeleteThat is why saya nggk pernah mau kalau disuruh nyembelih hewan. Termasuk ayam atau Ikan yg notabenenya buat lauk.. heheh.. Nggak tega. Ikan Lele yg dipelihata dirumah aja sama sekali nggk pernah saya makan, tapi kalau lele beli diwarung saya makan. 😁

When I walk across grass, I wonder what I have inadvertently stepped on and killed. When it is summer and flies come into the house, I can't bear to kill them. I have killing, but when it comes to this Covid virus...I would happily kill it!
I guess we all have to accept...that killing, in some form, is a part of life. We cannot escape it, unfortunately.
